You can take a break from gambling by setting Self-exclusion for a specific period of time. During this period, you will not be able to gamble or use your account for as long as the exclusion is in effect. You can access the account after the period has ended.
Step 1: Navigate to Responsible Gambling page
Click on the Menu located at the bottom of the page.
After this click Responsible Gambling from the side panel.
Step 2: Select period for Self-exclusion
Scroll to the bottom to find Self-shutdown and select time from 24h up to a year.
Step 3: Confirm Self-exclusion
Click Turn off, after which you need to confirm your decision by clicking Turn off once more.
Step 4: Account Self-excluded
After confirming, your account will remain closed for the selected time. Once the time has passed, your account will reopen automatically.

For broader exclusion, Spelpaus.se allows you to block gambling on all Swedish-licensed casino sites. Once the suspension expires, access is restored.
