Why Is My Deposit Not Showing Up?

Common Reasons for Pending Deposits

1. Processing Times

  • Trustly and Swish aim for instant transactions, but some deposits may take 1–2 banking days, depending on your bank.

2. Incomplete Authentication

  • If you didn’t complete your bank’s authentication step, the deposit will remain pending until you finish or cancel it.

3. Payment Limits or Insufficient Funds

  • Your bank might block or delay transfers if you exceed instant-transfer limits or do not have sufficient balance.

  • Contact your bank to check for any restrictions or delays on gambling transactions.


What to Do Next

  • Check Your Bank Statement
    Confirm whether the funds have been debited from your account.

  • Wait for Trustly Processing
    If debited, allow 1–2 business days for Trustly to complete the transaction.

  • Provide a Payment Receipt
    If after 2 business days your deposit still hasn’t appeared, send customer service a payment receipt including:

    • Account holder’s name

    • Amount transferred

    • Transfer date

    • Receiving/sending account number

    • Reference number
