Trustly and Swish aim for instant transactions, but some deposits may take 1–2 banking days, depending on your bank.
2. Incomplete Authentication
If you didn’t complete your bank’s authentication step, the deposit will remain pending until you finish or cancel it.
3. Payment Limits or Insufficient Funds
Your bank might block or delay transfers if you exceed instant-transfer limits or do not have sufficient balance.

If debited, allow 1–2 business days for Trustly to complete the transaction.

Transfer date
Receiving/sending account number
Reference number
