Reality Check

You will receive an automatic reminder every 60 minutes while playing. Pop-up messages pause the game and provide information about time spent, as well as wins and losses.

Deposit Limit

Deposit limits allow control over spending. After reaching your chosen deposit limit for a period, further deposits are blocked until the limit resets.

Time Limit

The time you spend logged into your account is used to calculate the limit, so it is important to always log out when you finish playing. When you reach your time limit, you will be automatically logged out of your account and cannot log back in until the next period begins.

Setting and Managing Limits

Limits are essential tools for staying within a responsible gambling budget. You can set:

  • Daily limits

  • Weekly limits

  • Monthly limits

You can lower limits immediately. If increasing or removing limits, changes require at least a 72-hour waiting period before they take effect.

To adjust limits, simply visit your account settings. Please note: Daily limits are calculated by 24-hour calendar days. Once a set limit is reached, the account becomes restricted until the next period starts.

Self-Exclusion

You can take a break from gambling by setting Self-exclusion for a specific period of time. During this period, you will not be able to gamble or use your account for as long as the exclusion is in effect. You can access the account after the period has ended.

Spelpaus

For broader exclusion, Spelpaus.se allows you to block gambling on all Swedish-licensed casino sites. Once the suspension expires, access is restored.

If you need further assistance or have questions about any responsible gambling tool, our support team is available to help.
