I won, but didn't get my winnings

If your winnings haven’t appeared in your account, don’t worry—this guide will help you troubleshoot common issues and get your winnings credited as quickly as possible.

1. Basic Troubleshooting

Before contacting support, try these steps to resolve display issues:

  1. Clear Cache & Cookies

  2. Use Incognito/Private Mode

  3. Switch Browsers

  4. Try a Different Device

  5. Update Browsers & Apps to the latest versions


  1. Log in and go to My Account.

  2. Scroll to My Transactions.

  3. Select Games to view all rounds played and their IDs.

  4. Note the game name, date & time, round ID, and take screenshots if possible.

If your winnings still aren’t visible:

  • Provide the game name, date & time, round ID, and any screenshots to support.

  • Contact us via live chat or email.
