How to set limits on my account?

Setting limits on your account is a great way to stay in control and enjoy responsible gaming. You can configure daily, weekly, or monthly limits for deposits and session times.

Step 1: Access Responsible Gambling Tools

  1. Go to the “My account” section of your account.

  2. Scroll down to see "My deposit limits" and "My time limits"

  3. Click “Change” to open the limit change pop-up.

Step 2: Change the limits to the level you want

In the limit pop-ups, you can set any of the following (all times use UTC time zone):

Important Notes

  • Daily limits reset every 24 hours based on UTC calendar days.

  • Lowering any limit takes effect immediately.

  • Increasing or removing

    • daily limit requires a 72-hour cooling-off period.

    • weekly limit requires a 72-hour cooling-off period and comes into effect next week.

    • monthly limit requires a 72-hour cooling-off period and comes into effect next month.

  • Once a limit is reached, you cannot exceed it until the next period begins.
